Aurora Mills is a new mixed-use retail, office and hotel project planned for the northeast corner of Leslie St. and the St. John’s Sideroad in the Aurora, a community located about 50 kilometres north of Toronto. Over 132,000 people are within a three kilometre radius. The average household income in that area is in excess of $144,000 per year.
