Verve Q1 is a 300,000-square foot, mixed use project in Calgary’s emerging urban East Village neighborhood. The complex includes 288 condominium units and about 13,000 square feet of retail boutiques, restaurants and services. The developers, FRAM + Slokker and Tricon have retained Michael Kehoe and Judith Sinclair at Fairfield Commercial Real Estate to handle the leasing of the retail and restaurant space. Good Earth Coffeehouse, Panago Pizza and Barber Culture have already committed and three retail units, 745 square feet, 1650 square feet 1920 square feet plus a 2560 square foot restaurant with patio are available. The contiguous retail units can be combined to accommodate a financial institution or larger format retailer. The units have frontage onto the Riff, the pedestrian street that runs diagonally through the East Village. Possession is for Summer 2018.
