Carleton Place – Open Centre – Carleton Place Colonnade

As Carleton Place continues its rapid residential growth as a bedroom community to Ottawa/Kanata, the Carleton Place Colonnade is also planning expansion.  Shadow anchored by Rona, the original centre includes the LCBO, Staples, TD Bank, Starbucks, Subway and a variety of other shops and services. Colonnade Development is looking to develop the remaining four-acres.  The company is in negotiations with a major retailer to anchor the next phase for Summer 2018.  Additional uses can include a range of uses, from grocery to retail, medical and personal services, even automotive specialty.  The primary and secondary trade area includes about 30,000 people and the average household income is over $71,000 per year. Daytime vehicle traffic by the site in more than 18,000 vehicles.  Colonnade Bridgeport’s Fraser Paddison and Richard Getz are handling the leasing.
