Winnipeg-based global contact center outsourcing company, 24-7 Intouch will be opening its fourth location in the city in The Plaza at Polo Park on St. James St. in a portion of the building previously occupied by Target.  A 47,000 square foot Winners/HomeSense will share the former department store site and about 40,000 square feet remains available.
