Chambly – Open Plaza – Marche Chambly
Jaime Roskies of Brookline Developments is pre-leasing a neighbourhood plaza project at the Boul de Perigny/Route 112 at Ave. Bourgogne in Chambly in Montreal’s South Shore area. Marche Chambly will consist of about six freestanding building accounting for over 60,000 square feet. The various buildings will range from about 33,000 square feet to 2228 square foot pad units that can accommodate patios and drive thrus. Units will be available starting at about 1500 square feet. Construction is expected to start by Fall 2018. Over 37,000 people are in the trade area and a 570-unit residential project immediately adjacent is scheduled for development. The average household income in the trade area is over $95,600 per year. About 28,000 vehicles pass the site daily.
