Longueuil – Open Centre – Carrefour de la Gare St Hubert

In late November, a 2180 square foot A&W restaurant opened in a shared pad at the corner of Boul Julien Lord and Chemin de Chambly in Groupe Quint’s 140,000 square foot Carrefour de la Gare St Hubert in Longueuil in Montreal’s South Shore.  A 5050 square foot unit remains available in the pad site.  In early January 2018, Corbeil Electromenagers household appliance chain opens an in-line 6200 square foot unit in the centre and later in the Spring a Scores restaurant opened in a 6120 square foot end cap unit.  With these additions, all that remains available for lease is an 11,000 square foot unit, a 6400 square foot unit, an 1117 square foot unit and a 4000 square foot freestanding pad unit.  Carrefour de la Gare St Hubert is a recently renovated 140,000 square foot neighbourhood centre.  The project is anchored by a Provigo Club Entrepot and includes a Giant Tiger, gym, etc.  The site is surrounded by established community with park lands, schools, community centres, shopping and retail amenities with close proximity to transit along with new residential growth.  Ian Quint at Groupe Quint is handling the leasing.
