Creekside Crossing is a 430,000 square foot open-air centre located in an established retail node in Mississauga. Anchored by Costco and WalMart, the development includes several national tenants such as Dollarama, LCBO, The Beer Store, Starbucks, East Side Mario’s, TD Canada Trust, RBC, CIBC, Bulk Barn and Pet Valu. Situated on Dundas St. East at Dixie Rd., the centre is centrally located with convenient access to Hwy 427 and the Q.E.W. The location is also adjacent to the Dixie GO Station. The population encompasses 260,000 people within a five kilometre radius of the site. The average household income is in excess of $102,000 within a three kilometre radius. Over 121,000 people are employed within a five kilometre radius. There is a limited number of leasing opportunities available in the recently-completed second phase of the development. One is a 3000 square foot end-cap unit with prominent exposure onto Dundas St. East. It can be divided into1500 square foot units, if necessary. The second availability is located in the Dollarama-anchored building on the west side of the project where there are four in-line units available ranging from 1100 to 1300 square feet.
