Montreal – Mixed Use – Wilderton Shopping Centre

Beginning in 2018, Wilderton Shopping Centre in Montreal is set to undergo major redevelopment. The new mixed use centre will occupy more than 130,000 square feet and will be anchored by an expanded Metro and Pharmaprix.  Optimally situated, Wilderton Shopping Centre is in one of Canada’s most densely populated, ethnically diverse, family-oriented and established neighbourhoods, with over 207,400 people in a three kilometre radius. Surrounded by three hospitals, and several schools, including Université de Montréal, College Brébeuf and Polytechnique Montréal, the centre is also within walking distance to Metro Stations and the Light Rail. With the redevelopment, the centre will see the installation of a new stoplight and a bus stop on-site.  The new project will also feature patio opportunities, new landscaping, indoor and outdoor parking, and meeting spaces.  Situated on Van Horne Ave. at Darlington Ave. in Montreal’s west quadrant, the centre will offer units in a variety of sizes and uses.  Delivery is scheduled for Fall 2018. Director of Leasing Demetri Tsigos at First Capital Realty is handling the leasing.
