Orangeville – Open Centre – 90 C-Line
Choice Properties REIT is planning a Spring 2018 construction start in a 30,000-square foot development at its No Frills site at 90 C-Line in Orangeville in South-Central Ontario. The development will consist of three freestanding buildings of about 10,500 square feet, 6750 square feet and 2375 square feet along with a 10,000-square foot addition to the existing 25,000 square foot No Frills. Freestanding, end-cap and in-line unit will be available, depending on tenant requirements. There is also potential for drive-thrus and possession is anticipated for Fall 2018. The suggested uses include quick service restaurants, service, medical/dental, saycare, etc. The site is in a newer residential area of Orangeville and over 27,600 people are within a three kilometre radius. The average age is about 39-years and the average household income is in excess of $97,000 per year.
