Ottawa – Enclosed Mall – Gloucester City Centre

Gloucester City Centre is a 370,000 square foot community shopping centre at Ogilvie and Blair roads, just off the Queensway/Hwy 417 in the Gloucester area in Ottawa’s east quadrant.  Brent Taylor of Brentcom Realty Corp. is handling the leasing for the First Capital Realty-owned project and reports that a range of interior mall locations and units with potential exterior store fronts are available. The units that are available immediately range in size from about 436 square feet up to 2254 square feet. In addition, a freestanding 5500 square foot building on the east side of the property will be available for Summer 2018 and a couple of second level office units are also available. Gloucester City Centre is anchored by WalMart and Loblaws along with Rexall, Dollarama and a freestanding LCBO.  The high traffic site is well serviced by public transportation and will include a stop for the new O-Train light rail scheduled for 2018. Over 50,300 people in more than 20,700 households are within a three kilometre radius of the site.  The average household income in the area is in excess of $99,000 per year.
