Marché Prévost is a 100,000-square foot open centre located at the intersection of Boul. Curé-Labelle/Rte 117 and Boul. Du Clos-Prévotois at the entrance of a new residential development in Prevost, a community in the Laurentians north of Montreal. Several units, starting at about 1200 square feet, are available in various sizes including a 2240 square foot location adjacent to a new SAQ and a 3950-square foot end cap unit that could be subdivided, if needed. A new Benny & Co restaurant is soon to be built with other phases to include over 25,000 square feet of new development. This grocery-anchored centre includes IGA, Caisse Desjardins, Ben & Florentine, Tim Hortons, etc. Over 30,000 people are living in the trade area and more than 18,900 vehicles pass the site daily. The average household income in the area is more than $93,800 per year. Dan Knafo at Brookline Developments is handling the leasing and states that the site is suitable for most fast food uses, ice cream, daycare, optometrist, dentist and other medical related uses.
