Ste Julie – Open Centre – Destination Ste Julie

Construction is underway on the first phase of Destination Ste Julie, a 195,000 square foot mixed use project at Hwy 20 and Chemin du Fer a Chaval in Ste Julie, an off-island suburb of Montreal. The delivery of the first two level building is expects for April 2018 and openings are expected for the Summer. Ultramar, Matelas Bonheur, A&W and Fromagerie Victoria are already committed. Several spaces, including end cap and a 5000 square foot freestanding pad are still available.  The remaining units range in size from 11,000 square feet to 1500 square feet.  The site has direct accessibility and visibility from Hwy 20 and its average of 89,000 vehicles daily. The population in the primary trade area is about 33,000 people with an average household income of more than $85,200 per year.  The average age is 37 years. Jean-Francois Mauger, Nicholas Kassis and Francois Boulay at Devimco Immobilier are handling the leasing. Construction on the second phase is expected to start in the Spring.
