Steven Alikakos and Ali Fieder of RKF are marketing for lease a mixed use 15,820 square foot office and retail project at 1912 Avenue Rd. at Brooke Ave., just south of Hwy 401 in Toronto. The building will have two levels of retail on the ground and second floors and two levels of office on the third and fourth floors. Each floor is roughly 4000 square feet with outdoor terraces on all above ground levels. The project is in a very dense residential area, which generates high amounts of daily pedestrian traffic.
