The redevelopment of 3080 Yonge St. at Lawrence Ave. West is in one of Toronto’s most affluent neighbourhoods in the North Central community. The new redevelopment will have direct access to the Yonge/Lawrence Subway Station and will be adjacent to a new 25,000 square foot Independent City Market. The 62,000 square foot project has several retail and restaurant spaces available on two levels. A 2352 square foot unit with 16 feet of frontage on Lawrence Ave. West and an 1872 square foot unit with ten feet of frontage, also on Lawrence West, are available for retail uses on the ground floor. A 4372 square foot unit and a 7382 square foot unit, both on the second level, are available for restaurant uses. The second level restaurant space has a 2500 square foot four season, south facing patio with retractable roof. The total population within a five kilometre radios is over 373,800 and the average household income within a one kilometre radius is in excess of $224,000 per year.
