Toronto – Mixed Use – Yonge & Hayden St

The 600-stall Green P parking garage at Yonge and Hayden streets, just south of Bloor St. in Toronto’s downtown is scheduled to re-open May 1st, 2017.  The re-opening will bring to market two new small format retail units on Hayden St., directly across from the high traffic Yonge and Bloor TTC entrance. The two units are still available, at 484 square feet and 728 square feet respectively, and can be combined or leased separately. The spaces benefit from strong signage opportunities that will be seen by the vehicular traffic in and out of the garage as well as the 24/7 foot traffic in the area.
