Starbucks has committed to a 1648 square foot end cap location at the Linden Ridge Shopping Centre in Southwest Winnipeg and limited spaces in the 1080 to 1280 square foot range remain available.  The Starbucks unit includes a drive-thru feature. Linden Ridge Shopping Centre is part of the area’s dominant retail node and is located ate the southeast corner of Kenaston Blvd/Rte 90 andMcGillivray Blvd/Rte 155.  The project is anchored by Canadian Tire, Marshalls, The Brick and Sport Chek and is directly across from a WalMart Supercentre, Home Depot and Safeway.  Surrounded by affluent residential communities, there is a population of over 95,000 people within a five kilometre radius.  The median age is about 38 years and the average household income is more than $111,000 per year.
