James Schwartz and Todd Feinstein at Paracom Realty Corp in Toronto are marketing for lease about 60,000 square feet of retail in a new project at Norwich Ave. East and Juliana Dr. in Woodstock in Southwestern Ontario. An existing East Side Mario’s, Burger King and a PetroCanada gas bar are on the site and plans call for three additional structures on the site. A proposed 10,300 square foot building facing Juliana Dr. will included and end cap location with drive-thru potential and suitable for a coffee use. Other quick service uses are suggested for the building. On the south side of the property, plans call for up to 40,000 square feet that can accommodate mid-box retailers. While the site is restricted to a maximum of 10,000 square feet for grocery, it can accommodate any other uses including sporting goods, art supplies, fashion, etc. WalMart and Canadian Tire are in the immediate vicinity and over 31,500 people are within a four kilometre radius. The average age is 41-years and the average household income in that area is in excess of $82,000 per year. Occupancy is expected for Fall 2018/Spring 2019.
