Oakville – Open Centre – Oakwoods Centre

In late December, Farm Boy opened its 23,250 square foot freestanding unit in the new Oakwoods Centre, a 75,000 square foot open community shopping centre on Ironwood Way at Joshuas Creek Dr. in Oakville, west of Toronto.  Located just off Hwy 403 and the QEW, the Carterra-owned project will also include several more confirmed openings including a Willowbrae Academy, Sunny Morning restaurant, Weight Watchers, F45 and 9Round fitness units and Bar Burrito and Subway quick service restaurants. Units ranging from 1200 to 15,000 square feet are available, some immediately and others in future phases.  Within a ten-minute drive-time, there is a population of over 262,500 with an average household income of more than $149,000.  A workplace population of over 28,000 is within a five-minute drive.
