Big Malls in Smaller Cities……

K-Mobile Communications Inc. is a 17-year old telecommunications company that operates the K-Mobile electronic telecommunications devices provider along with its recently introduced Krome, a concept that fills the gap in the market for home automation, electronics and gadgets, Krome finances home automation and many branded lines including Samsung, Apple, Sony, Bose and LG.  And it also offers repair services for most electronic devices.  The company is planning aggressive expansion of its Krome concept and has retained Lindsay Hepburn and Elise Assaf at SRS Canada to handle the site selection across Canada.  The company is targeting several of the larger markets in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Atlantic Canada along with many of the secondary markets in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. The chain is seeking locations in the dominant enclosed malls in smaller cities and in some cases, non-traditional sites like transit hubs, airports, etc. are also considered. Depending on the situation, the size required can range from 150 to 1500 square feet.  A minimum frontage of ten feet is necessary.
