Lachute – Open Centre – Marche Lachute
Forum Properties is starting construction in the Summer on Marche Lachute, the IGA-shadow-anchored shopping centre in Lachute, a community located about 60-kilometres northwest of Montreal. The site is adjacent to Mail Argenteuil with its Canadian Tire and Super C grocery store and faces Walmart, Tim Hortons, Esso, Couche-Tard, and a large format Patrick Morin Hardware store which will also be opening shortly. Marche Lachute’s plaza component will be added with tenants including Chico and Eggspress and with spaces available ranging from 1,600 to 5,300 square feet including an end-cap unit with terrace. Marche Lachute is strategically located directly off the Hwy 50 interchange at the entrance to Lachute. It is at 465 Bethany Ave/Route 148 at a lighted interchange, providing convenient access to and from the site. The centre has a trading population exceeding 53,000 people and a daily traffic count of over 16,000 by centre. Jaime Roskies at Forum Properties is handling the leasing.
