Kitchener – Open Plaza – Lackner Centre

Lackner Centre a grocery-anchored open plaza located at the Ottawa St.  and Lackner Blvd. intersection in the established and growing neighborhoods of east Kitchener, in southwestern Ontario. A 41,000 square foot Food Basics is anchoring the 60,000 square foot project.  The centre will be undergoing a 15,500 square foot expansion this Winter to accommodate a new 9000 square foot Dollarama and another national retailer.  A façade renovation will be included.  Currently there are three inline units available for immediate occupancy.  They are 1375 square feet, 1600 square feet and 2400 square feet.  In addition, there is potential for two pad locations, both at the centre’s Ottawa St entrance.
