EB Games will be leaving the Corral Centre in Brandon, Manitoba when its lease expires in late November 2020 leaving an inline 1434 square foot unit available in a multi-tenant CRU plaza in the southwest section of the 500,000 square foot open centre. Corral Centre is a regional centre for Western Manitoba that is anchored by a WalMart Supercentre, Home Depot and Safeway along with a selection of national and strong regional tenants. Brandon is the second largest city in the province. Being about 214 kilometres west of Winnipeg and about 120 kilometres east of the Saskatchewan border, it is a major trade and commerce hub for the area. Located at 18th St. and Kirkclady Dr., south of the TransCanada Hwy., Corral Centre is surrounded by a growing residential population with over 223,000 people in the trade area. The median age is about 39-years and the average household income is in excess of $89,000 per year. John Pearson and Brennan Pearson at Shindico Realty Inc. in Winnipeg are handling the leasing on the project and add that two other units are available immediately in the centre. A 6081 square foot unit in a shared pad with Moores and Dollarama at the 18th St. entrance on the northwest side of the 40-acre property and a 1335 square foot unit also in the multi-unit CRU building are available for a wide range of retail uses.
