The new Fremont Village is a 650,000 square foot master-planned development in Port Coquitlam in BC’s Lower Mainland region. The recent zoning amendment of Fremont Village to Community Commercial, permits a wide variety of new uses and formats. The Onni Group-owned project currently includes several tenants including Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Canadian Tire, Urban Barn, Mark’s Warehouse, various financial institutions, etc. Now, the regional power centre offers immediate leasing opportunities up to 80,000 square feet. Fremont Village is situated on the highly visible intersection of Lougheed Hwy and Mary Hill Bypass. The south portion of Fremont Village has evolved into a balanced tenant mix consisting of a potential daycare, restaurants, and fitness.
