Toronto – Open Centre – St Clair Crossing

Construction is underway on St Clair Crossing, a retail plaza of about 25,000 square feet at 2575 St. Clair Ave West in Toronto.  With availability for April 2019, only three units remain available in the three-building project. They include a 1340 square foot unit end unit, adjacent to the Denny’s restaurant on the west side of the site and fronting onto St. Clair Ave. and a 2325 square foot end cap and an in-line 1600 square foot unit in the plaza building.  Developed by Toronto-based Dream Centres, St Clair Crossing is located just west of The Stockyards and features a mix of retail, restaurant and service uses that will include Pizza Hut, BarBurrito, Wendy’s, Denny’s, Osmow’s, Plato’s Closet, F45 Fitness, etc.  Over 19,000 people are in the immediate trade area of the plaza and the daytime population is more than 14,500 people.  The median age is about 39-years and the average household income in 2018 is expected to be in excess of $98,400 per year.  Matthew Pieszchala at CBRE Ltd. in Mississauga is handling the leasing.
