Montreal – Mixed Use – Wilderton Centre

Major changes are taking place at the new Wilderton Centre in Montreal’s Côte-des-Neiges community. Situated on Van Horne Ave., between Wilderton and Darlington avenues, in one of the country’s most densely populated, ethnically diverse, family-oriented and established neighbourhoods, the mixed-use centre is undergoing a major redevelopment with the 130,000 square foot retail component anchored by an expanded Metro supermarket and Pharmaprix.  Several national tenants are in place including RBC, SAQ, Dollarama, Tim Hortons, etc. Currently, First Capital’s Director, Leasing Demetri Tsigos is marketing for lease several units in the 1000 to 2500 square foot range suitable for quick casual restaurants, service retail and personal services uses.  Surrounded by residential development with over 207,000 people within a three kilometre-radius and an array of schools and hospitals near by, the centre is within walking distance to two Metro Stations and Light Rail. With the installation of a new stoplight and a bus stop on-site this centre is easily accessible for the everyday shopper.
