Komoka – Open Centre – Shoppes of Komoka
The 30,600 square foot Foodland supermarket, a 9100 square foot Dollarama and a 6100 square foot LCBO have opened in the new Shoppes of Komoka community centre in Komoka, a village in Middlesex County, located just west of London in Southwestern Ontario. Situated in the town’s business area at Glendon Dr. and Tunks Lane, the 60,000 square foot project serves a market from west London, Komoka, Kilworth and Delaware communities. Developed by Toronto-based Maverick Development Corp., the centre is immediately north of the new Middlesex Community Centre. Middlesex County has a population of over 61,400 and the average household income is in excess of $104,400 per year. Limited space remains available in the multi-building project, including a 5870 square foot end cap location with patio at the Tunks Lane entrance to the centre. Also available is a 2734 square foot end cap and a freestanding pad of 5000 square feet, fronting onto Glendon Dr., adjacent to the LCBO. The suggested uses include restaurant, quick service food users, service users and retailers to complement the tenant mix in this growing community. Nick Prangikos at Maverick Development Corp. is handling the leasing.
