Brockville – Open Centre – Crossroads Centre
Construction is underway on two new pad buildings at Forum Properties’ Crossroads Centre at 325 Stewart Blvd. in Brockville in Southeastern Ontario. Slated for completion by the end of April 2019, the available units include a 2750 square foot end cap in the pad building at the centre’s west entrance. A 2131 square foot Starbucks with a drive-thru shares the pad building. A 1,014 square foot end unit is available in the adjacent pad building, which is shared by a 2,050 square foot Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen restaurant, also with drive-thru. Also available in the centre is an existing 2,580 square foot end cap unit with a 450 square foot patio space. Crossroads Centre is a highly visible site at the intersection of Hwy 401, Stewart Blvd. and Parkedale Ave., a key entranceway to the city and the highway leading north to Smiths Falls, Carleton Place and Perth. Over 43,000 vehicles are through the Parkedale/Stewart intersection daily. The daytime population in the area is about 54,000 people and the average household income is approximately $87,000 per year. The centre currently features a mix of national tenants including Pet Valu, Freshii, A&W, Quesada and a Petro-Canada gas station. Paul Ferreira at Jones Lang Lasalle in Toronto has been retained to handle the leasing.
