Toronto – Enclosed Mall – Parkway Mall
Located at the busy Victoria Park and Ellesmere intersection, on the east side of Toronto, is First Capital Realty’s Parkway Mall. Over the last year this 300,000 square foot enclosed mall has undergone a major redevelopment. Phase One, which consists of the west side of the mall, is expected to be completed December 2018. This portion includes new additional exterior units, façade upgrades, redesigned mall exteriors, improved parking, and the addition of a new pad which will be occupied by TD. The construction on the second phase, the east side of the centre, is set to begin in November 2018 and will include upgraded parking, upgrades to the façade, new interior and exterior units, and a new Shoppers Drug Mart location. With over 130,000 households in a five kilometre radius, and an average household income over $86,000, the project is positioned to service the well-established households surrounding it. Leasing interest has been strong. Phase One completion is set for December 2018. Available retail units in the first phase are between 1,200 square feet and 2,150 square feet. The 2,150 square foot unit includes a patio area and is best suited for a restaurant uses. Phase Two availabilities range between 350 square feet and 9,450 square feet.
