Fraser Vrenjak and Bob Vrenjak at Cushman & Wakefield Waterloo Region are pre-leasing a new retail development coming to north Waterloo later in 2019 near the intersection of King St. and Wyman Rd. The 651 Colby Dr. site boasts over 20,000 vehicles per day and is situated in a strong commercial node with easy access to public transit, Conestoga Mall, St. Jacobs, and HWY 85. The site is surrounded by business parks with over 15 million square feet of industrial and office buildings in the trade area in addition to Northlake and Colonial Acres residential nodes. Existing building is to be refaced with a new façade and to offer 10,000 square feet of divisible ground floor retail space. About 6,000 square feet has already been leased to a pharmacy and there is 4,000 square feet remaining.
