Spicy Search Continues in West GTA…..

Early discussions are underway for possible locations in Mississauga and Waterloo for the Sizzlo’z Flame Grilled Chicken quick service restaurant concept.  In addition, the company is interested in opportunities in the Brampton and Oakville markets. Sizzlo’s features a Portuguese-style chicken menu. The chicken is butterfly cut and marinated with the South African peri-peri flavours.  The halal menu also includes beef ribs and steaks along with sandwiches, wraps and pitas. The franchise concept targets areas with a strong daytime and residential population along with pedestrian traffic.  High traffic and highly visible plazas with a mix of complimentary tenants are preferred.  The restaurants will operate in 1200 to 1600 square foot in-line or end cap locations that offer potential for patio seating.  Second generation restaurant spaces are preferred. Ryan Kaitting at Cushman & Wakefield Waterloo Region Ltd.  handles the site selection in Ontario.
