Uptown Property Group is building a new retail development on West Hastings St. between Granville and Seymour streets in downtown Vancouver.   The building will feature a fully glazed storefront, 32 foot ceilings and 21 dedicated parking stalls.  The ground floor of 619 West Hastings Street is 6020 square feet with an opportunity for a 2400 square foot mezzanine.  The site can also include a 6020 square foot rooftop deck.  The premises will be ready for occupancy in Spring 2015.
