If you're not receiving D&C issues here are a few things you can try.
Developers & Chains uses a popular third party service (Mailchimp) authorized to send on our behalf. Most problems can be resolved by asking your IT department / individual to perform the following:
- Please check your SPAM or JUNK mail folder.
- Add firstname.lastname@example.org to the Whitelist.
- Unblock the IP address ranges used to deliver emails.
You may also want to check your spam or junk folder to ensure it wasn't flagged erroneously. Please give these a try and if you need further help feel free to have your IT contact email@example.com.
