Service Inspired Restaurants/SIR Corp will open its latest Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar in Spring 2026. The 6118 square foot unit at the Roundhouse Centre on Howard Ave, across from Devonshire Mall, in Windsor southwestern Ontario is the chain’s 15th location in Ontario. Jason Kleyn at Northern Hospitality Real Estate handled the transaction on behalf of the tenant and Sari Samarah and Daniel Kershen at Value Insight Realty represented the landlord. Scaddabush is a full-service concept that offers a mix of scratch-made, traditional Italian dishes and innovative creations, such as its fresh hand-stretched mozzarella, its zucca ravioli, fresh pastas, wood-fired pizzas, soups, etc. Sir Corp introduced Scaddabush, translated as a ‘bit of everything’, in Summer 2013 in Mississauga. SIR Corp reported that another Scaddabush location has been signed in Aurora, north of Toronto but details have not been released. In addition, Director of Real Estate Lasan Nguyen has previously noted that the chain is also prepared to explore Ottawa and British Columbia opportunities. Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar is targeting markets with at least 85,000 people. Highly visible pad and end cap locations in high traffic areas are preferred. Units in the 5500 to 6500 square foot range with patios are required.
