In early June, Princess Auto, the national chain of almost 60 tools and equipment stores, will open a location in the Brant Street Power Centre at 1200 Brant St, just north of the QEW/Highway 403 in Burlington, the suburban market west of Toronto. The 32,000 square foot location is the chain’s 21st location in Ontario and second opening in 2025. Earlier in March 2025, Princess Auto opened a 35,000 square foot location at 2200 Bd des Recollets in Trois-Rivieres in Quebec. It is the chain’s ninth store in Quebec. In addition, according to reports published in the Guelph Today local media, Princess Auto will apply to Guelph city council in June to build a single level, 30,000 square foot location at Woodlawn and Royal roads in Guelph.
