In early 2025, quick service smash burger restaurant Big Bam Burger opened in a street front plaza on Lakeshore Rd West in Oakville’s Bronte Village. Featuring a menu of fresh smash burgers made with 100 percent grass-fed certified Angus beef and served on a premium buttered potato bun, Nashville hot chicken, poutine, milkshakes. The concept has developed a loyal following and the principals have introduced a franchise program and are now seeking franchisees and suitable sites. Big Bam Burger is presently seeking locations in the North Oakville area and the Burlington market and Ori Grad and Christian Petronio at CHI Real Estate Group have been retained to handle the search for highly visible street front, plaza and open centre locations in the 1500 square foot range. Second generation or built-out spaces are preferred.
