Husband and wife team Caleb and Kitty Leung opened the Sought X Found Coffee Roasters in Calgary’s Crescent Heights area in 2017. Sought X Found Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee shop and micro-roastery, dedicated to serving high-quality, ethically sourced coffee and tea. The business has grown from the owners’ passion for coffee, focused on presenting beans that reflect their true character and the hard work of producers at origin, supporting sustainable trading practices through careful sourcing. In early December, the partners opened their second Calgary location at 1107 4th St SW the upscale Two Park Central mixed-use building in the Beltline area. The unit 1219 square foot street front unit is adjacent to the new Little Empire Burgers location.
Jeff Robson and Alex Morrison at JR Mercantile Real Estate are handling the retail leasing at the base of the Two Park Central complex on behalf of the landlord and report that about 2088 square feet with frontage onto 11th Ave SW remains available in the residential tower. The space can be demised into units of about 970 and 1105 square feet. Two Park Central is the second phase of the Hines Real Estate Investment city-defining Park Central Master Plan. Two Park Central consists of a 40-story multifamily rental tower, with over 530 luxury rental units. The laneway situated between the two projects is targeted for retail, health & wellness and personal services. The spaces are now ready for fixturing.
