Kidcrew is a multidisciplinary pediatric medical clinic based in Toronto focused on family-centered care and wellness for children from infancy through adolescence. A ‘one-stop’ healthcare provider, Kidcrew brings together general pediatricians, pediatric sub-specialists, such as cardiology, allergy, dermatology, and neurology, and allied health professionals such as psychologists, dietitians, speech-language pathologists, and physiotherapists under one roof. Launched in midtown Toronto in 2016 by Dr Dina Kulik, a second clinic in North York followed in mid-2023 and negotiations are presently underway for a location in Mississauga. Michael Saperia, Jordan Snow and Grant Nelson at The Behar Group Realty are responsible for the clinic’s real estate requirements and Saperia notes that a search is underway for locations in south Etobicoke and south-east Toronto. Ground floor units of 7000 to 10,000 square feet with easy access to public transit, sufficient parking and a minimum ceiling height of ten feet are required.
