The Montreal-based home furnishings retailer is now actively seeking new store opportunities in Oakville, Burlington, Mississauga, Ancaster, Ajax, Barrhaven, Nepean, Kitchener and Etobicoke in Ontario, in Montreal, Laval, Sherbrooke and Trois-Rivieres in Quebec and in Calgary in Alberta. Michael Calderone at Urban Reform Realty Inc is handling Bouclair’s site selection nationally. Bouclair locations are generally on open and large format centres and usually in the 8000 to 10,000 square foot range with frontages of at least 75-feet and ceiling heights at 20-feet of more.
