Oakberry Canada continues to source locations in the GTA for its Brazilian-inspired superfood brand. Caitlyn Price of Value Insight Realty has been retained to secure highly visible, high-traffic sites near schools and hospitals, with flexible unit sizes ranging from 300 to 1100 square feet in greater Toronto along with other major Ontario markets. Introduced in 2016 and in Canada in 2023, the chain counts about 20 locations across the country with about four in the GTA. In Spring 2025, Winnipeg-based Snowbank Brands acquired the Master Franchisee right to Oakberrry Acai in Ontario and plans to build on its operating chain in Western Canada. Oakberry is known for its 100 percent natural açai bowls and smoothies, featuring unlimited, customizable toppings such as fresh fruit, granola, chia seeds, and cacao nibs.
