Funvilla Family Entertainment Centres continues to source locations in Toronto, Vaughan, Markham, Mississauga, Brampton, Burlington and Ottawa markets. With its most recent opening on Scanlon Ct in Aurora in October, the seven-year-old chain of indoor playground and entertainment parks has seven locations in Ontario. Joseph Cesario and Sari Samarah at Value Insight Realty are handling the search for the chain and are sourcing sites with sufficient parking, high ceilings as well as high exposure and visibility. Depending on market and opportunity, the centres will operate in 14,000 to 25,000 square feet.
