Designed For Expansion……….

Flameo is a quick casual restaurant that features a build-your-own-bowl, salad or poutine menu with fresh, premium ingredients, signature sauces and flame-grilled chicken cooked in front of the customer.  Featuring its fresh ingredients and bold flavors, the concept was launched by the Savoury Group of restaurant brands in Edmundston and in Bathurst in Northern New Brunswick in 2025.  From the first location, Flameo was designed to be more than a single restaurant. Menu development, kitchen systems, branding, and footprint were all intentionally structured to support repeatability and future expansion. Early performance confirmed the strength of the concept, with strong customer adoption and operational consistency paving the way for growth.  With two operating locations and eight to open in this year, the chain plans to expand to 25 locations across Atlantic Canada within the next five years with expansion supported by a carefully selected franchise partner model.  Flameo’s systems, training, and operational framework are designed to support franchise partners while maintaining brand integrity across markets.  Presently the chain is targeting markets in the Atlantic market and Jim Pushie at Blueberry Commercial Real Estate has been retained to handle the search.  Flameo is targeting units in the 1500 square foot range in high traffic street location and plazas with strong visibility.
