Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay has signed a lease for its first Canadian restaurant at The Well in downtown Toronto. Set to open in the Summer, the location will serve as the brand’s Canadian flagship and anchor its long-term national expansion strategy. The 1800 square foot restaurant with patio will showcase Bobby’s Burgers’ signature made-to-order offerings, including the popular Bacon Crunchburger and premium milkshakes. The flagship is expected to set the standard for brand presence, guest experience and operational excellence as the company grows across Canada and advances its international expansion plans. The expansion is being led by franchise partner Falcon Capital Group. Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay reached a multi-year agreement in August 2025 with the Canadian-owned Falcon Capital Group to open 65 locations across Canada. Canadian entrepreneur and franchise executive Jim Gormley heads up this initiative. Falcon Capital is actively engaged in real estate tours for the chain’s various formats ranging from the 400 square foot non-traditional transit, university, entertainment venues to the 1600 to 2000 square foot inline and end cap plaza and lifestyle centres to the 2400 to 3200 square foot pad and outparcel locations with drive-thrus.
