Founders Buy Back………..

SSENSE, the Montreal-based luxury global eCommerce fashion platform reports that it has been advised by the Court-appointed Monitor that a bid led by the company’s co-founders, Rami Atallah, Bassel Atallah and Firas Atallah, along with a strategic partner, a prominent Canadian multi-family office, has been selected as the successful offer in the Court-supervised Sale and Investment Solicitation Process. The process was conducted under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act. The parties have now entered into a definitive purchase agreement outlining the terms of the transaction.  The transaction is expected to close no later than February 13th, 2026.  Founded in 2003 by brothers Rami, Firas, and Bassel Atallah, SSENSE showcases a curated mix of established and emerging designers across womenswear, menswear, kids wear, and its trademarked ‘Everything Else’.  Beyond retail, SSENSE has become notes for its cultural influence and innovative approach to fashion discovery and community engagement.  In September 2025, the company filed for bankruptcy protection under CCAA, owing over $200-million.
