MTL Cannabis Corp. announced that shareholders approved a special resolution authorizing its previously announced plan of arrangement with Canopy Growth Corp. Altus Group Ltd., the Toronto-based provider of commercial real estate intelligence, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Canadian Appraisals business to an affiliate of Newmark Group, Inc. The acquisition is expected to close on or about March 1, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
