Shortly after our supplement special issue was published, we learned that the Popeye’s Supplements Quebec has confirmed an opening in Q4 2026 in Corbett Centre in Fredericton in New Brunswick. In addition, another, yet unidentified unit, is planned thus far for the Maritime market this year. With over 25 locations throughout Quebec, the Brossard, Quebec-based Popeye’s Supplements Quebec currently operates one location in Moncton in New Brunswick and four in the Halifax area in Nova Scotia and the sports nutrition supplements franchise continues to seek operators. Manon Larose and Michelle Marcotte-Blart at Oberfeld Snowcap are handling the site selection in Quebec and the Maritime provinces for the chain and end cap locations in the 1800 square foot range are preferred.
