Edmonton Gets Family Entertainment Centre………

In late February, Splitsville Entertainment entered the Edmonton market with a new bowling and entertainment centre in the Christy’s Corners centre at St. Albert Trail and 137 Ave. in northwest Edmonton.  The 31,000 square foot Splitsville Bowl is the brand’s 15th location and features 21 lanes with digital scoring equipment, interactive bowling games, comfortable seating, VIP lanes, and lane-side food and drink service.   There is also a state-of-the-art arcade with games from arcade classics to the newest VR technology.  A second centre in the Edmonton market is scheduled for early 2027 at the South Common Centre on 99th St NW.  Later this year the company is opening its fourth Splitsville Bowl centre in Calgary at the Township Shopping Centre on Longview Common SE and in Ontario, a 24,000 square foot centre is opening in Barrie in the SmartCentres Barrie South and a 29-lane state-of-the-art venue will open at Pickering City Centre at 1355 Kingston Rd in Pickering. President Pat Haggerty has previously noted that Splitsville continues to source 20,000 to 50,000 square foot sites in markets of over 125,000 people and with average household incomes over $85,000 within an eight-kilometre radius.
