Last week, Montreal-based women’s fashion retailer Groupe Dynamite Inc. reported its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of fiscal 2025 ended in late January 2026. For the fiscal 2025 fourth quarter, revenue increased by 45 percent to $394.2 million(Cdn), compared to $271.8 million(Cdn) in Q4 2024 and comparable store sales were up by 30.4 percent. During the quarter, three gross new stores opened in the U.S. under the Garage banner and three stores under the Dynamite banner closed in Canada. During Fiscal 2025 the company opened 20 gross new stores in the United States under the Garage banner and closed a Dynamite store in the U.S. a ten in Canada under the Dynamite and Garage banners. “Q4 and Fiscal 2025 were exceptional,” said CEO, Chair of the Board Andrew Lutfy. “These results reflect years of engineering our agile operating model. I’m incredibly proud of our teams, who tackled unforeseen challenges head-on, mitigated impacts before they materialized, while embodying our ownership culture. We also expanded Garage into the UK early in Fiscal 2026, marking a key milestone in one of the world’s most important fashion markets. While it’s still early, we are encouraged by the strong customer response.” For its Fiscal Year 2026, Groupe Dynamite anticipates 24 to 26 gross new store opening, total revenue growth of 22 to 25 percent and comparable store sales growth of eleven to 14 percent. Subsequent to the closing of Fiscal 2025, in early February 2026, Groupe Dynamite launched its online platform in the United Kingdom and in March 2026, it opened its first Garage stores in the U.K. in Bluewater Shopping Centre, near London, and on Oxford St. in London. Dynamite stores locate in 3000 to 5000 square foot units in malls and Garage stores are in the 3500 to 5000 square foot range, also in malls.
