Joins the Portfolio……

Foodtastic, the Montreal-based restaurant franchisor with a portfolio of 27 diverse brands, has acquired Central Social Hall, a premium casual dining and social hall concept known for its chef-driven menus, curated drinks, and community-focused hospitality.   Founded in 2012 by Jerry Rota and Jesse Kupina, Central Social Hall has developed a loyal following with its two locations, in Edmonton and St Albert, positioning itself as a hybrid concept appealing to both casual diners and guests seeking a more refined social setting.  With its plans to expand across Alberta and into other Canadian markets, the acquisition of Central Social Hall aligns with Foodtastic’s strategy of strengthening its portfolio with established Canadian brands and expanding into concepts that blend everyday dining with vibrant social experiences.  Foodtastic CEO Peter Mammas said the brand fills an important niche in the casual dining sector and offers strong growth potential. Central’s leadership noted that Foodtastic’s infrastructure and scale will support thoughtful expansion while preserving its culture and community focus.
