With the recent opening of an inline Pizza Hut at the Marche Lachenaie, the open neighbourhood centre in Lachenaie, an off-island suburb of Montreal in the Terrebonne area, only one unit, an adjacent 3310 square foot unit remains available in the centre. Located at the intersection of two major autoroutes, the TransCanada Hwy and Hwy 640, Marche Lachenaie sees an average traffic flow of 196,000 vehicles daily. In addition, the growing trade area includes about 320,000 people including a large number being young families that own their own homes.
