Simon Smith at Carfrae Consulting Inc. is marketing for lease the second phase of a supermarket-anchored development at the northwest corner of Richmond St. and Sunningdale Rd in north London in Southwestern Ontario. Located minutes north of Masonville Mall, the mixed-use project by London-based York Developments will include 470 residential units and 100,000 square feet of retail. The 40,000 square foot supermarket anchor is presently being finalized, and construction is expected to start in late 2026.
